on their interests as well as their levels of competency.

time.
The strength of Nib.edu.kh resides in its
ability to support the most effective learning model, that
of collaborative learning team in a distributed environment.
Students can collaborate in problem-solving activities,
discussions and exercises that result in the creation of
new knowledge. This new knowledge is captured and stored
in Nib.edu.kh. Nib.edu.kh is designed to support the delivery
of a course in which students do not meet face-to-face as
well as to augment those course offerings which do include
some face-to-face interaction.
The heart of Nib.edu.kh comprises of interconnected
modules, and tools. Research demonstrate that to satisfy
diverse learning situations, a flexible, integrated suite
is needed that combined instructor structure, learner centered
content management and access, a virtual space for Learning
Team Centered collaboration.
